Every summer, children aged 0–11 across the UK write stories and poems — and the best ones are published in a real book. Led by 8-year-old author Jayce Joyce BCyA, this competition is completely free to enter and open to every child.

How do I enter my child?

Write a story (100–500 words) or poem (up to 24 lines) on the theme of Climate Change. Email it to info@jaycesworldoflearning.co.uk with subject line: BFCTC 2026 — [Child’s Name] — [Story Title]. Include the child’s name, age, school, city/town, and parent/guardian name and contact.
