Children aged 0–11 residing in the UK. Open to children in UK primary schools and those receiving home education.

Yes. The Books From Children To Children competition is completely free to enter. There are no entry fees.

Climate Change. Children can write stories or poems on this theme in any form — fiction, non-fiction, fantasy, realism, or poetry.

Selected entries are professionally published in the 2026 Jayce’s World anthology. Published authors receive professional editing, author credit, a physical copy of the anthology, and an invitation to the launch event.

Write a story (100–500 words) or poem (up to 24 lines) on the theme of Climate Change. Email it to info@jaycesworldoflearning.co.uk with subject line: BFCTC 2026 — [Child’s Name] — [Story Title]. Include the child’s name, age, school, city/town, and parent/guardian name and contact.
