About the book
Our Stories, Our World is the UK’s first nationwide child-led anthology — a collection of 20 inspiring stories and poems written by young authors aged 6–10. The anthology celebrates diversity, imagination, and inclusion, placing children’s voices at the centre of storytelling.
Inspired by the legacy of Benjamin Zephaniah, the book was curated by Jayce Joyce BCyA as part of the Books From Children To Children initiative. Jayce’s BBC Blue Peter Gold Badge — awarded for championing early literacy, diversity and inclusion — features proudly on the back cover.
