Jayce’s World of Learning CIC (CIC No. 16140605) is the data controller for this site. We are based in Birmingham, UK and can be contacted at info@jaycesworldoflearning.co.uk.
What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively give it to us — through our contact forms, competition entries, newsletter signup, or by emailing us directly.
Children’s data
Where competition entries involve children aged 0–11, a parent or guardian must submit on the child’s behalf and grant explicit consent. We store entries securely and never share children’s data with third parties beyond what is required to publish selected entries in the anthology with parental consent.
How we use your data
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, deliver our programmes, and (with your consent) send you our newsletter.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: 2 years. Competition entries: indefinitely if published; otherwise 2 years. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and complain to the ICO. Email info@jaycesworldoflearning.co.uk to exercise any of these rights.
